(Union, Ky.) - Two Hebron men remain in critical condition after a verbal altercation turned into shots fired in Union, Kentucky.
On Sunday, May 24, around 4:30 p.m., Boone County Sheriff's Office deputies were dispatched to the 5700 block of Rabbit Hash Road after a report of three people with gunshot wounds.
Kenneth Good, 36, of Hebron, was found in his vehicle in an embankment with a gunshot wound to his head.
Dale Good, 19, of Hebron, was located with gunshot wounds to his face and torso.
Hunter Brock, 24, Union, was located with a gunshot wound to his shoulder.
It was later learned that Steven Brock, 60, of Union, reported that his hand was grazed by a bullet.
In a preliminary investigation it was found that Kenneth and Dale Good drove to the Brock’s residence on Rabbit Hash Road to confront Hunter Brock.
This confrontation happening in the roadway and started as a verbal altercation. This altercation escalated into a physical fight, and gunshots were fired shortly after.
K. Good, D. Good, and H. Brock were all transported to University Hospital in Cincinnati.
K. Good and D. Good remain in critical condition. H. Brock was treated and released. S. Brock refused medical treatment at the scene.
The incident remains under investigation.
