Police say a hit-and-run in Glen Cove left a woman in critical condition Saturday.
They say a dark colored SUV hit the 40-year-old woman as she was crossing Pearsall Avenue west of Walnut Road just before 11 a.m.
Officers say the driver of the SUV fled the scene.
The victim was rushed to the hospital and is listed in critical condition.
