OAKLAND — A 21-year-old man was in grave condition after he was shot Saturday morning in East Oakland, authorities said.
The shooting happened about 8:44 a.m. in the 10200 block of International Boulevard.
Police say the man, an Oakland resident, was shot by someone who approached him on the street. The man was taken to a hospital.
Police have not yet determined a motive or announced an arrest.
Police and Crime Stoppers of Oakland are offering up to $10,000 in reward money for information leading to the arrest of the suspect.
