JAMESTOWN TOWNSHIP, Ind. (Fort Wayne's NBC) - One teenage boy is in serious condition after colliding with an underpass near Fremont Friday afternoon.
Just before 2 p.m., authorities responded to a car crash in the area of SR 120 and CR 100 E.
According to initial reports, 16-year-old Brady Hull of Reading, Michigan was heading fast eastbound on SR 120.
Police say he left the roadway and collided with the concrete structure of the I-80/90 Bridge spanning over SR 120.
Hull is reported to have sustained serious injuries to his lower body and was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.
According to police he was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash.
Police say the weather was not a factor in the crash, but marijuana is believed to be involved.
This accident remains under investigation.
