There is something to be said for understated elegance, which with this trio of watches comes in the form of mother-of-pearl faces and diamond accents. On the dial of the Tag Heuer Carrera, the gems replace numbers to mark the time, while on Omega’s De Ville Trésor, they wrap around the bezel. The Rolex Oyster Perpetual Datejust 31 has them in both places, but there, too, the overall effect is of a classic style with just a bit of sparkle.
