Avast PLC said Tuesday that it has completed $480 million and 300-million-euro ($358 million) term loan facilities maturing in seven years to fully refinance an existing loan due September 2023.
The new term loans are repayable in March 2028 and have been priced 2.0% above Libor/Euribor at an original issue discount of 0.25%, the FTSE 100 cybersecurity company said. The pricing represents a saving of 25 basis points versus the existing pricing, Avast said.
Credit Suisse was the lead bookrunner on the deal, and Morgan Stanley a joint lead bookrunner, Avast said.
