OAK PARK, IL — The Oak Park Police Department is asking for help in finding Victoria McCoy, 41, from Oak Park, who was reported missing Tuesday. Oak Park police said McCoy has a medical condition that makes her vulnerable, and added that she might be carrying a pink backpack.
McCoy, seen in the above photo, is 5-feet, 8 -inches,
