DEKALB (Fort Wayne's NBC) - A police pursuit early Saturday morning left one person in serious condition in Dekalb County.
According to police, the pursuit began in Auburn and continued in the 2900 block of CR 36 in Dekalb County.
Police say the car failed to pull over where the driver eventually took a sharp left turn and lost control.
The car then left the road, struck a tree on the passenger side, struck a telephone pole and filliped over, police say.
Police were able to remove the three passengers inside, but the driver had to be extricated out by the Auburn Fire Department.
According to police, the three passengers were taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
The driver was last reported by the hospital in serious condition.
This pursuit is still under investigation.
