Rob Harbour has been reappointed to the Jefferson County Conservation Futures Oversight Committee.
It will be his third, four-year term on the advisory body.
Harbour, 67, is a Port Townsend resident and former chairman and vice chairman of the committee. He will represent District 3 in an open position dedicated to “Working Lands.”
Jefferson County commissioners approved Harbour’s reappointment as part of the commission’s consent agenda at Monday’s meeting.
County staff said Harbour has served “very admirably” on the committee, and brings a wealth of knowledge on land conservation from his prior service as a planner for Island County, a member of the board of directors for the Whidbey Island Land Trust, planning director for the town of Coupeville, and manager of the Ebey’s Landing National Historic Reserve.
