The crash happened along Empire Boulevard, near the AMC movie theater.
Webster Police say the 15-year-old was taken to the hospital with serious injuries and is in guarded condition.
They also say the 41-year-old woman has not been positively identified by the Medical Examiner's Office, so they will not be releasing a name.
Police say all of the pedestrians are part of the same family.
On Sunday, police found the vehicle and the driver suspected in the crash. The SUV was towed from a home in Penfield.
Police have not released the name of the driver.
No charges have been filed. This is an on-going investigation.
